Brief: Deliver a high-end 2-night, 2-day networking ski trip
Event Overview:
The ski trip brought together 41 attendees within the finance industry to enjoy a combination of skiing and networking. We helped the client curate an informal programme to include skiing and non-skiing activities, overnight accommodation, airport transfers, gifts, après ski, lunches, and dinners.
We supported on the following aspects:
- Venue find and hire, including hotel accommodation and restaurants
- Delegate management. including registration and pre-event communications
- Collaterals
- On-site logistics and management
- Sourcing and management of ski guides, ski passes, ski equipment hire, and transfers
