Brief: Deliver a high-end 2-night, 3-day networking winter experience
Event Overview:
This winter experience brought together a mix of 40 internal employees, clients and prospects within the finance industry to enjoy a combination of skiing, non-ski activities, authentic dinners and networking opportunities. We helped the client curate an informal programme to include overnight accommodation, multi-country airport transfers, lunches, dinners and après ski alongside musical entertainment, and a trip to a 3,000m high viewing platform, complete with a champagne reception at the top, E-Fat biking, and a snow shoe adventure.
We supported on the following aspects:
- Venue sourcing and management
- Budget management alongside contracting, negotiation and reconciliation
- Full programme creation and associated supplier management to include restaurants, entertainment and ski and non ski activities (inclusive of guides, equipment and passes)
- Delegate management, including rooming list, catering, airport transfers and onsite logistics
Comms management, including registration, pre-event communications and on-site communications - Collaterals, enhancements and branding
- On-site logistics and management
