Event Overview:
The 2-night trip included us organising all delegate flights from London to Porto, booking hotel accommodation and building an exciting 3-day programme of cultural activities, sightseeing, offsite dinners and experiences. As this was a high-end incentive, we guided the client every touch point of the guest journey, ensuring the VIP treatment and experience they wanted to achieve for their employees. Highlights included a private brunch boat tour along the Douro River, afternoon beach club, and of course – Port tasting at one of Porto’s dinner hotspots!
