With over a decade of experience, Nabila has delivered unforgettable event experiences ranging from conferences, incentives, charity events, private dinners, roundtables, live entertainment, and award ceremonies., both inhouse and agency side. Her love for events comes from working with clients to bring visions to life.

 

How long have you worked in events/ how did you end up in the industry?

I knew I wanted to work in events after watching ‘The Wedding Planner’ and I didn’t know exactly what it was, but I knew I wanted to create memorable experiences for people. I saw a post on social media that said ‘If you are interested in events come down to Leicester Square and join our team’ so I went down after studying for my A-Levels and that was the start of my career in events working at a live weekly music and comedy show in Leicester Square!

 

If you had the opportunity to work an event anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I would love to do an event in Hawaii or Bora Bora as I have always wanted to visit, also South Africa for the stunning landscape.

 

What’s your greatest accomplishment?

Buying my first home (and finishing 21 seasons of Greys Anatomy in 8 months)

My family are from Zanzibar so I can read, write and speak Swahili fluently.
