Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury arising through negligence, (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) breach of implied terms relating to title and quiet enjoyment under Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and Section 2 of the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1982.
To the extent permitted by law we and/or our suppliers make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality or suitability for any purpose of:
